The Charles Johnson Scholarship

Additional Information

To apply for the scholarship applicants must currently attend Warren Central High School, and be a graduating senior in the spring of 2022 with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, and plan to attend college following graduation. Two applicants, one male and one female will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to help further their college education.

Be sure to submit your acceptance letter with your application. To apply for this scholarship, go to www.seatatthetable.online , fill out the application form, submit your application and send it to seatatthetableofficial@gmail.com along with a 500 word essay regarding the essay topic.

Completed applications must be submitted for consideration by April 27th.

The winners of the inaugural scholarship will be chosen April 29th and presented with The Charles Johnson Memorial Scholarship May 9th at Warren Central High School.

Essay Topic:

Charles Johnson was a pillar in his community. He made it his mission to give back to the kids at Warren Central High School by serving as a role model and mentor. He wanted to make sure students knew they had an adult that was there for them, and would support them in any capacity needed.

In 500 words, tell us how you have served as a mentor to others or given back to your community during your high school career.

How will you continue to serve and support others after graduation from Warren Central?

WE HAVE A MISSION OF REACHING EACH SEED PLANTED. SEAT AT THE TABLE WILL AIM TO EMPOWER THE YOUTH ONE LIFE AT A TIME TO MULTIPLY THE HARVEST FOR THE BENEFIT OF HUMANITARIAN LOVE.
